1. Subject service and its main characteristics

The service is a cloud-based software (SaaS) subscription of the PrintFlow TR platform. The plan name, scope, usage limits and subscription term are clearly shown on the purchase screen and in the dashboard.

The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. The subscription scope is fixed according to the plan description published at the time of purchase.

2. Price

The subscription price is the amount shown on the order screen, including VAT. Prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY); campaigns and discounts apply according to the conditions at the time of purchase.

3. Payment method

Payment is collected by credit/debit card through the virtual POS infrastructure of the contracted payment institution. Card details are processed directly by the payment institution; the SELLER does not see or store card details. 3D Secure verification may be applied.

Where a bank transfer option is offered, the reference code stated in the payment description is used and the subscription starts after the payment is verified.

4. Time and method of performance

The service is performed immediately upon payment approval; the BUYER's account is opened with the selected plan's permissions. Performance is completed when access to the account is provided.

5. Right of withdrawal and its exception

As a rule, the BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the conclusion of the agreement without giving any reason.

However, pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in electronic form. The BUYER accepts, at the time of ordering, that it expressly consents to the immediate performance of the service and will lose the right of withdrawal.

6. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is valid for the purchased period (monthly/annual). Automatic renewal at the end of the period is made only with the BUYER's explicit consent.

The BUYER may cancel the subscription from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the service continues until then and the fee for that period is not refunded.

7. Dispute resolution

A BUYER acting as a consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. For a BUYER acting as a merchant or self-employed professional, the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.

8. Approval

Before confirming the order, the BUYER declares electronically that it has read, understood and accepted this Form and the Distance Sales Agreement. The approval record and order details are retained.
